Scott Weiland To Release New Album In November

Stone Temple Pilots/ex-Velvet Revolver frontman Scott Weiland has revealed that his new solo album, entitled "Happy" will be released on November 18th via his own record label, Softdrive Records. The album boasts appearances from No Doubt members Tony Kanal, Adrian Young and Tom Dumont and was co-produced by Doug Grean and Weiland himself.

I assume it's on his own label for creative control purposes, first and foremost.
And like the first post, I'm hoping it's more rock-oriented than 12 Bar Blues. Just because 12 Bar Blues was a little all over the place. I know that was the point and all, but still. Parts just made you shake your head in disbelief.

I can not stand Weiland anymore. Really, when you can't get along with Tom Morello and HIS lame personality, you might as well go slam your head in the oven until everything goes dark. I SO wish Scott Weiland would do that. Y'know, found dead with half his body sticking out of his oven with his dog chewing on his foot or something. That'd be sweet.

I'll still buy it, hopefully it's 400x heavy than 12 bar blues or whatever
