The sad thing is the beginning of the song was pretty good and I thought they might be onto something but as soon as Heafy started singing the whole song just went down the drain. Another thing I thought was that all the imagery in the video reminded me of Ministry videos which isnt cool because only Ministry can make that effect work so well.

I gotta say im impressed they really stepped it up on this album, and as a band they're really building a nice library for themselves considering they're a fairly young band and this is they're 4th album.

The Return Of Trivium, im really glad they went alot heavier vocally, the crusade was a nice album but i like this blend of the aggressive and softer vocals, the world war 2 footage is awsome subject matter also

Yeah, I'll watch a Trivium video. Then, I'll make a sh** sandwich, I'll eat it, then I'll go to the sporting goods store, get three double barrel shotguns, take 'em home, rig them all standing straight up with a metal rod or something pushing down all three triggers, then I'll sit on it while I drink bleach mixed with kerosene. Then I'll pull the triggers so I blow my a$$hole out of the top of my head, then I'll be dead. That way I can't have any children so they can grow up and I can tell them that they should watch a Trivium video.

^^ True, but alas, there is no fate worse than a Trivium video. My personal idea of hell would be watching Trivium play live for eternity. What's that, three or four songs?

I guess Heafy got tired of ripping off James Hetfield's vocals, so now he's moved on to ripping off Brian Fair?

I miss Chuck Schuldiner more and more every day.

if watching a trivium video makes you want to kill yourself, why would you bother clicking on a link that say "trivium posts new video"
seems kinda hypocritical

honestly i think alot of people on here learn to hate certain bands just because alot of other people do it

And no, I don't hate Trivium because other people do. I hate Trivium because they suck. If I want to listen to music of Trivium's caliber, I'll listen to Reload. Actually, that's putting it nicely. More like the self-titled Motley Crue album. Or better yet, I'll listen to ANYTHING BUT TRIVIUM.

I hate them because i hate them. f*** other people. What has trivium done for the industry of music? I can answer for you, nothing! But sound like a bad metallica cover band. Yes they were even on family values tour with KORN, and i still hate them

Trivium are alright from time to time. the first time I kind of listened to them was during the ascendancy album which i though was a decent release. Matt has evolved yet again from his james hetfield impersonation into the old screaming and growl attempting vocal ability. And to the number 2 post above, the beginning reall sounds like great potential and then when the break hits, i feel like matt should of held back on vocals until later. other than that, this song is about 5/10 for me.
