Federal authorities say they have arrested a blogger, 27-year-old Kevin Cogill, suspected of streaming songs from Guns N' Roses yet-to-be released album, "Chinese Democracy," on his Web site, Antiquiet.com, in June. The songs were later removed but had spread across the Internet.

According to an arrest affidavit, Cogill admitted to agents that he posted the songs on his web site.

Well somebody got something out of it. For a cd to be streamed and leaked onto the internet this early it had to have been someone dishing it out on the inside.

Well, at some point before an album is released its "leaked." Doesnt matter what album or genre. Some person finds a way to let the album out to the public. Me personally am greatful for those people. If your album is awesome then let us hear it before we buy it! There is nothing I hate more than buying an album for my very hard-earned money and it sucking arse throug a straw!

This got leaked because Axl figured that he is so washed up and no one gives a f*** if he makes music anymore and no one would pay for his tunes. So he just decided that he may as well just leak it.

Man, f*** that. The sad part is these songs probably aren't worth a shxt anyways. Axl needs to fxcking die in a fire. f*** guns n roses. How does he think he got so famous in the first place? Everyone who owned Appetite for Destruction dubbed at least five tapes off of it to give to other people. These guys are missing the whole point. Look at NIN's last two albums. Or Radiohead's In Rainbows.

Really. I hope Axl Rose fxcking burns in hell.

Yeah, the songs are probably sh*tty anyway, but that's not the point. This f*cking CD has been like 14 years in the making, and I don't think it'll EVER see the light of day.. it's such a joke.

Well somebody had to do it! Lord knows Axl won't release it. That's what you get from Buns N' Hoses. I hope this guy doesn't ruin his life over chinese democracy. That would be ridiculous.

Just give up hopes and dreams, guys. Chinese Democracy does not exist and it never will at all. That record is an album's wasted and has been in the works for a very long time. Axl is just too old to make everything happen, especially when he keeps saying that Chinese Democracy will be released. But face it, Chinese Democracy will never come to life. Even if it would, it would have been either a solo album by Axl or an album for a new side project to be formed by Axl.
