Level-C Celebrates New Album with Hometown Release Party

Level-C will celebrate the release of their debut album with all of their longtime fans in the band’s hometown of Cleveland.

The group’s album release party will take place at Peabody’s on Saturday, August 2, the weekend following the release of the record.

“It means a lot to be able to celebrate with your hometown and friends and family that have watched and supported you since day one,” said drummer Misty Everson. “However, we are not the same band that our fans have seen...the tiger has been released from its cage! This will be one hell of a show.”

The girls took some time off from playing live while they focused on the record, which will be released July 29 through Locomotive Music/Ryko Distribution.

“This show is very important because it is the first show we’ve played in a long time as a band, and now as a signed band,” said bassist Janean Buch. “We want to come out with a big bang. Expect pure energy and craziness. That’s what happens when you stick Level-C fans with their girls!”

Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets available at all Ticketmaster outlets.

Other acts appearing are: Konipshun Phit, Cellbound, Fisticuff, Venomin James, Drop to Zero, Switchblade Scarlett, Lo-Pan, and Stonefall. Peabody's Downunder is located at 2083 East 21st Street in Cleveland. (216) 776-9999.
