The Los Angeles Daily News has issued the following report:

"The drummer for '80s glam band POISON was arrested on a rape warrant issued out of Mississippi as he arrived at LAX after getting off a flight from New Zealand, police said.

Rikki Rockett, 46, was arrested Monday at the airport and booked into the Los Angeles County Jail, according to Los Angeles police and the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department's Inmate Information website. He was held on a strong-arm rape warrant stemming from Neshoba County, Missisippi, and appears to have been released from L.A. County custody, the Sheriff's Web site shows. His status today could not be confirmed.

Details about the warrant were not immediately available."

In the meantime I find it difficult to believe Rikki did this.But stranger thing's have happend.I help teach a self defense class & part of what I do is teach people about reality so to speak.The truth is you never really know what to expect from people.Rape really is more about power than anything else.That's why it's so devastateing.One of my student's was very nearly raped by a neighbor.She got out of it by acting like she wanted it.This caused the guy to be repulsed.He actually called her crazy and ran out of the house nearly vomitting in the process.She called the cop's and had him arrested.But it just goes to show you.There are some truly sick people out there.
