Megadeth Bassist Checks In

MEGADETH bassist James Lomenzo has posted this message on the band's official forum:

"My head's still reeling from an incredible UK run. Great, great gathering of metalheads both old and relatively new. Most the bands been pretty ill throughout this run but the fervor at the shows was overwhelming enough to distract us and overcome all that. I want to thank the bloke in New Castle who was kind enough to share his beer with me from the seventh row. At first I was pissed off (not pissed) and then I realized that it was probably just an old BLACK LABEL SOCIETY fan that owed me one. Thanks anyway!

Now we're back at the Elysee Montmartre in Paris. I'm sure I've been through this place at least five times in my career so it's always great to be here again. In a way, it even feels to me like being home again. Great!!!

Anyway, just checking in with y'all whilst we plow through Europe but just want you to know what a lovely time we're all having on this trip."
