The c*** that is my Mothers Mother (wont call her Grandma or Nanna) died of diabeties. Some go into diebetic shock and that will kill them or in my Mothers Mothers case it was diabeties, obesity and a lack of keeping a decent diet. When people die of diabetic shock its usually because insulin is not administered quick enough. You can also go into a diabetic coma. Its no joke people and new studies are showing that obise people who have diabetes can loose weight and it will save their life. Some doctors suggest lap ban surgury is the best and most effective way to go.

Ben started out as my hero and ended up as my friend. Gruntruck was good but his first band SKINYARD was better. SY was made up of Ben, Jack Endino (producer of nirvana's Bleach), Matt Cameron (Soundgarden) and Daniel House(CZ Records). For those interested, look up the albums 1000 SMILING KNUCKLES or FIST SIZED CHUNKS. They just plain rock.
He was one of those legendary, hardcore personalities that most expected to burn out long before this. I'm going to miss the sh** out of that tough little bastard. Howl on through the netherworld Ben!

The trick is to just be smart. My Mothers Mother was the type of idiot to eat an entire package of Oreos in one day. Stupid b**** drove herself to death. Just as she drove my uncle to death. God I am glad that c*** is dead! I am sad diabetes took Ben, but damn glad it took my Mothers Mother.
