Wet Animal Begin Recording New Album
WET ANIMAL, the Illinois-based quartet featuring TROUBLE guitarist Rick Wartell, has been in the studio this week recording tracks for its new album, entitled "Get Bit". Marko Lira has finished with his drum tracks and now the band will begin tracking guitars. The group has also been filming "the making of" with director Joe Lyons, to be added as a free bonus along with the CD.
WET ANIMAL is recording "Get Bit" with producer Neil Kernon, who has previously worked with NEVERMORE, DEICIDE and CANNIBAL CORPSE, among others.
The band previously stated, "The new material is fucking incredible and the production will be as well."
WET ANIMAL's self-titled debut album was released in October 2005 via Escapi Music.
