Those dates might be kinda hard to commit to if Weiland has to serve a jail sentence. Normally I'd say he could get off with a slap on the wrist, but because he refused a drug test and had prior convictions (hell, he might have still been on probation from his last drug conviction, I'm not sure), he'll probably have to do some time for this.
