You only have to be a citizen to be President. As far as him running for mayor, he couldn't possibly run that steaming cesspool of a city into the ground any worse than all the other nutcases have. I say give him a chance. The politicians have had their chance, and they've proven incompetance, so let's give an outsider the reigns and see what he does with them.
