The members DIMMU BORGIR had finished performing at Nuclear Blast's 25 Anniversary Festival in Stuttgart, Germany on Saturday, October 27th and were backstage when they found out they had won Norway's 2007 Alarm Award (the equivalent of a North American Grammy) for their album In Sorte Diaboli, in the Best Metal Album category.
Other metal nominees for the 2007 edition of the Norwegian Alarm Awards included SATYRICON (Now, Diabolical), AUDREY HORNE (Le Fol), MAYHEM (Ordo Ad Chao), KEEP OF KALESSIN (Armada).

man you guys don't know whats the true black metal band is... It's "the steve johanson band featuring the nuggets" with multi platinum grammy winning album, "shannanigans in sunny town." it's the most brutal black death grind album of 2007. It's way more heavier than dimmu borgir. way more all the time, all the way...
