According to a posting on OVERKILL's web site, the band has been confirmed for this year's Wacken Open Air festival, set to take place August 2-4, 2007 in Wacken, Germany. The festival billing is now shaping up as follows (in alphabetical order):

oh and agreed.. it is the best metal festival in the world. last year had random latvian bloke buying drinks for half the bar.. just because.. wont get that at download or ozzfest would you.

Saxon wow!!! Turbo negro actually is a great hard rock group. I have heard of tyr they are viking metal, deren grey is a japanese goth/black metal group, and fastway oh no its sammie curr!!!!!!! watch out Rag man sammie wants u, better destroy the copies of that tape before midnight halloween Ragman. Iced Earth were on the bill but they may have been replaced because of line up changes within the band, didnt they lose their guitarist or something a lil while ago?
either way this summer is going to be great.. and next year Iron Maiden headline wacken.
