Apparantly it's being made into a DVD which will be entitled Matter Of The Beast. No word on that yet though.

Well Bruce did say it was being recorded for a dvd while he was onstage.
Was a good mix of the old skool and some of the new album, if only they played that back in December i'd have been well happy. As it is the new album was awesome live.

Yeah I wasn't sure what to make of the new album until I saw them on tour and it grew on me (mind you, with them playing the whole album you didn't have much bloody choice!)

We knew months in advance what the set list was, i couldnt listen to the album in one sitting until i saw it live, now i love it.
shame i cant say the same for dance of death though.
it is annoying that every tour Maiden do they dvd. why not record all and release as a box set instead of a new one every flipping year????

Good point. Personally I really like Dance Of Death, Age Of Innocence was the only song on the album I couldn't get into. Even though I'm listening to A Matter Of Life And Death right now haha!

Look forward to seeing this one. Amusing that Bruce thought the band had "Run its course" after Fear of the Dark, and they're still kicking a lot of ass. Love Brave New World, Dance of Death, and A Matter of Life and Death almost as much as I do Number of the Beast, Somewhere in Time, and Powerslave. That's longevity for you.
