Oceans of Sadness Sign With Scarlet Records

Belgian progressive metallers OCEANS OF SADNESS have inked a deal with Italy's Scarlet Records. The group's fourth album, "Mirror Palace", was produced by Jens Bogren (OPETH, KATATONIA, AMON AMARTH) at Fascination Street Studio in Örebro, Sweden and features 10 tracks, including a cover version of ALICE IN CHAINS' "Them Bones". Audio clips of the songs "Mirror Palace" and "Intoxicated", plus a full-length version of the track "Mould", are available at the band's MySpace page. An April release is expected.

OCEANS OF SADNESS' third full-length album, "Send In the Clowns", was releasedin 2005. The follow-up to 2002's "Laughing Tears * Crying Smile" was recorded at Midas Studio in Lokeren, Belgium with producer Tony De Block and was mastered by Attie Bauw (JUDAS PRIEST, GOREFEST, CHANNEL ZERO).
