Gojira's 'FMTS' Ranks High in Top Albums of 2006
Upon conclusion of the band's first trek across North America, France's GOJIRA has netted press coverage across the board, including grabbing a nod from The Los Angeles Times and year-end list appearances in Revolver and Decibel.

agree w/ both above posts....im very surprised that it didnt rank higher on the decibel list. that is a respectable rag as far as heavy music goes. gojira is awesome. saw them a few weeks back w/ bodom and amon amarth and they ruled. cant wait to hear what they come up w/ next.

For the readers that don't know about them, check Gojira's site. You can listen to "FMTS" in it's whole awesomeness. I caught wind of them from some past article involving a Devildriver member. Quite frankly, there's only one way to describe the album.

The album is great, proper heavy stuff. Very good live band too, Saw them support Obituary and they were very good as support to old skool thrashers...
