STONE SOUR's Corey Taylor joined ALICE IN CHAINS onstage at Saturday's 99.5 Fan Fest show at Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in San Antonio, TX to sing lead vocals on the ALICE IN CHAINS classic 'Would?' as thousands of fans cheered them on.
Next up for STONE SOUR, they'll embark on the "Music As A Weapon Tour" with DISTURBED in November. Meanwhile, the band's debut single "Through Glass" has been #1 at Mainstream and Active Rock for five weeks, marking the first #1 single in the band’s career. The song is also #4 on Billboard's Modern Rock tracks chart and the video can be seen on MTV2.

stone sour are the most amazing band i've heard in a long time. their album is f***ing awesome. i'd never heard their music before when my boyfriend told me to buy it, so i did on a whim, and i thanked him well! lol.
Through Glass makes so many people just sit and think, and any song that can do that is worth every single penny it earns the band!

Emo is a genre of music that is about bands that whines, in other words Emo means emotional, bands that sing about tragedies and such, like "waaaaah i wanna die" that kind of songs.
Emo in other words is whining. And by the way StoneSour is a great band but i meant i like slipknot better.

through glass is an amazing song, no-one can f***ing deny that! the lyrics can really get through to people, you just have to think about it. slipknot, though they have an amazing sound and joey jordison is a legend, do not have the same 'relx' factor as stone sour. i like them, but it's like they're trying to prove something all the time

who gives a poop about stone sour or slipknot! i mean its alice in chains, i mean come on. im just happy to see jerry and the guys doing stuff again. still dont know why jerry just doesnt do the vocals himself and have mike do backups or something. hes more than a capable singer. anywho, thats just my two cents. oh and one more thing

imo, slipknot was a much better band before corey joined, as they were more metal. andy colsefini f***ing owns corey as far as a metal voice goes. and stone sour didnt ruin slipknot. slipknot "ruined" slipknot. the reason that they went out and got cory to sing for them is because his voice was a more accessible, radio-friendly voice. anyway, check out a band called On A Pale Horse when andy was their singer. they f***ing rip!!
