Guns N' Roses Add New US Tour Dates

LiveDaily.com repots: Guns N' Roses have added a pair of new cities to their growing itinerary, doubling the number of stops on their upcoming North American tour plans.
New to the group's schedule is a Sept. 27 appearance at Fresno, CA's Save Mart Center and an Oct. 2 show at Sacramento's ARCO Arena. Tickets for both shows are scheduled to go on sale Saturday (8/26). Previously, the band announced concert plans for San Francisco and Las Vegas.
GN'R's most recent major US tour was in 2002. That troubled outing was cut short with more than a dozen shows remaining on its schedule, after frontman Axl Rose failed to show up for two gigs.
Guns N' Roses recently wrapped up a European tour that was fairly uneventful by Rose's standards. However, Rose was arrested following his band's Stockholm, Sweden, stop for allegedly scuffling with a security guard and busting up a hotel lobby; the singer also fell ill near the end of the European tour's final show at London's Wembley Arena. (Former Skid Row vocalist Sebastian Bach took over to finish out the set.)
Rose is the only remaining original member of GN'R. The group is currently rounded out by keyboardist Dizzy Reed, bassist Tommy Stinson, keyboardist Chris Pitman, drummer Brian "Brain" Mantia, and guitarists Robin Finck, Richard Fortus and Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal.
The band has been working the road in advance of its supposedly soon-to-be-released album, "Chinese Democracy." The disc, which has been in the pipeline for about a decade, and the release of which has been delayed repeatedly over the years, will be the group's first collection of original material since the early '90s. No specific release date has been announced.

Yeah his one chance at redeeming himself with another killer guitarist & he f***ed that up too. When is he gonna realize that he himself is not that talented and thierbye is not capable of doing it all himself.Just like he never did do it all himself.WHAT - A - d*** - HEAD ! f*** AXL !!!!!!!!!!

IF AXL IS SUCH A GENIOUS THEN WHY HAS IT TAKEN HIM UPWARD OF 12 YEARS TO MAKE AND RELEASE CHINESE DEMOCRACY ! WHY HAS HE WORKED WITH OVER 6 DIFFERENT PRODUCERS ON THIS 1 ALBUM. STOP BEING SO BLIND TO THE FACT'S!!!!!! THE ONLY REASON HE GOT HIS ACT TOGETHER IS BECAUSE SLASH,DUFF & MATT DID THE IMPOSSIBLE(in his mind)AND MADE A GREAT RECORD & DID A FULL YEAR OF TOURING SUCCESSFULLY WITH OUT HIS POMPOUS OVERATED a$$ !!!!! f*** W.AXL ROSE !!!!!!
And another thing. If you honestly think AXL is the one who originally formed GNR.You are GROSSLY misinformed.Slash and Steve adler(the original drummer)were looking to form a band and they just happend to catch a show with a band called ROSES.Which featured AXL & IZZY.Steve suggested to Slash that they get both of those guy's for the band that they were forming. Then Finally Duff came along and that's how this band got together. It was not AXL's idea persay....I could go into how Slash auditioned for POISON before that and was turned down in favor of C.C. Devill(hence the feud) but that would be off topic.Besides it still has not ever been confirmed.
