According to Ozzfest.com, another major headliner for Ozzfest 2006 is to be announced on May 23rd. No further information is currently available.

I don't know about the main stage mystery but if you haven't heard yet then the second stage mystery slot turned out to be Bad Acid Trip. I've never heard of them so I can't say anything about them. But sounds gay. It'd be badass if it were Sepultura for the main stage slot. But I wouldn't doubt for a second that it'd be Avenged Sevenfold. Which just means more time to walk around at the booths or some sh**.

Wasn't there a rumor about Metallica being on Ozzfest this year? I don't know, but if htat does happen, it would ruin the whole Ozzfest for me. And I thought Body Count, Ice-T's old band was suppose to be on Ozzfest this year? Oh well.

I have a feeling it will be Godsmack. They're coming out with a new album as well, and they have appeared on Ozzfest in 2000. Surprisingly they have been getting a lot of recognition lately. Who knows. Probably won't be them, but just a guess.

I mean if they came, I'd actually try and buy a ticket that is closer than the lawn, because frankly, there are NO bands this year that I am really excited about seeing. Ozzfest is very special to me and it kills me to see the b*llsh*t lineup they have. Last year wasn't too bad, Mudvayne, BLS, In Flames, Shadows fall, they were awesome. But this year sounds a little sh*tty. The only thing I'm looking forward to is hoping that maybe Cristina Scabbia of Lacuna Coil happens to get naked or flash her boobs or something.
