I can name a couple songs probably (hopefully) to your liking, that are about love. Must be the most close-minded people ever (and i bet that pisses you off) Maybe if you took the time to listen to how complex their riffs and filler are then you would be on the pro-Atreyu side, you apparently know sh** all about good music, what Atreyu is gay????.........since when was a band gay for having a sweet a$$ drummer that sings as well (even more on the new album) oen of the craziest guitarists ever and getting lyrics inspired from "Interview with a Vampire" (which by the way must be the "emo-est" movie ever, cuz thats where the got lyrics from idiots!!!) and in their new album their 'emo' lyrics are inspired from The Worlds Most Brutal Crimes (eg. jack the Ripper, The Black Dhalia Murder, Zodiac Killer, etc.)
ohh and limp bizkit??? wtf are you talking about they dont have a DJ, nor are there tracks filled with appearnaces by DMX and other gay rappers, so get the hell off this forum and go listen to your Cannibal Corpse (<;---------good guitar, horrible lyrics like singing and subject wise, like wtf!?!?!) you know nothign about music and what MAKES good music. the drummer sings well? what are you on crack. tard. thats one of the things that makes them emo. im not saying everytime somebody sings with a clean voice makes them emo. the clean voice that atreyu, it dies today, trivium, etc. uses sounds just like the singer of an emo band. they sound more like hawthrone heights then metal or anything else. even when they scream it sounds screamoish. the whiny p***y clean vocals just comfirm its emo. if you want to know good singer who do good clean vocals and good muddy vocals, here you go: Mikael Åkerfeldt, Burton C. Bell, and Brent Hinds.

lol ok here it is: i listened to cannibal corpses newer stuff, im liking it more than the old stuff (PS wth is that) and admit you totally anhilated me on your point (i can see where your coming from, also what other music do you listen to? j.w.) but if i had to have one honest to goodness reason (which i truthfully do) that seperates me from the 14 year old girls and "emo kids" (as you say), for liking atreyu, its becuz dan jacobs is a sweet guitar player, i think he does great and has sweet solos. i enjoy listenign to that aspect of their songs the most. and in listenign to that part its just grown on me. but in no way am i like the hawthrone heights kids, (pleez dotn but me in that category!!PLEASE!lol) i like many other bands that im sure you like as well (e.g's The Dillinger Escape Plan, The Bled, Through the Eyes of the Dead, Mastadon, etc. you get the point!) so at least give me the point that Atreyu has a decent guitarist that could be in a better band, if anything!
