Jagermeister Music Tour Stops In Ft Wayne, Indiana
Bloodsimple took the stage with a fairly descent crowd. The boys came out with a furry of hard hitting drums by Chris Hamilton. Leading the pack on Bass is Kyle Sanders. Kyle was GREAT to photograph, with long ass dreads flying all over the place. Especially being left handed (Like myself), he was impressive to watch. Mike Kennedy and Nick Rowe supplied the Drop “D” guitar riffs and licks, followed by Tim Williams on vocals. This band had the crowd in a frenzy. The Mosh Pit was pretty impressive for a smaller venue (Pieres). I read some previous review on the fact that Tim’s voice has been alittle haggard. I can assure you, He was at full tilt. Very impressive. Although, the band didn’t come out and meet the crowd (At least to my knowledge), they definitely did one hell of a job. Entertaining to watch and sound good as hell.
Disturbed took the stage next. These guys have endured a lot in the last few months. They where denied a benefit concert for Katrina victims for being to heavy. Denied by the Metal World for not being Heavy enough. You be the judge. I personally feel this band has/should have made there mark in the Metal World. Sure they covered a Gay ass song (Land of Confusion) by Genesis. Does this mean they should be shunned by the Metal World. See these guys live, then you be the judge. They sounded great. Very tight. Just wished they could have moved around alittle more than they did. If I could do one thing with this band, it would be to get David (Vocals) to move alittle more. Rather boring to watch. He tries to capture the audience by starring out in space. Don’t quite understand why. He needs to have more inter-action with his crowd of fans. Although the fans just went wild during there set .Band members are as follows:
David Draiman – Vocals
Dan Donegan – Guitar
John Moyer – Bass
Mike Wengren – Drums
Set list as follows (This is exactly what set list said):
Sons of PL
Prayer
Remember
Stupify
Forgiven
Deify
Just Stop
Voices
Land of ?????
Game
---------------
Stricken
DWTS
Over all, Good Tour with 2 good bands. Jagermeister tour is ending in a couple months. So it is a worth while show. Check local listings for tour dates.

Actually when I saw them in Chicago at the House of Blues, the band did quite well, they performed more songs on the their set list( I think it was about 17) and David was actually making connection with the audience, mainly to look at the nice hot chix, lol. Other than that they did a hell of a good job. Soil kicked a$$ for opening up for them, and Corrosion Of Conformity, well they did ok, but not many ppl got into their music. O well lol, can't please everybody.
