Loudness were definitely one of the best - and most powerful - of the 80s Hair Metal bands. Like Motley Crue but with talent ( and i'm saying that as a life-long Crue fan! ), albums like Live-Loud-Alive, and Lightning Strikes have to be heard to be believed. Especially that aforementioned live album, which is packed with stadium anthems and guitar shredding from beginning to end. And it was recorded as early as '83! Incredible.
