Being a fan of a band does not mean blind loyalty. Mudvayne's L.D. 50 toached on something very unique. The End of All Things to come, was ok. Lost and Found is just pure trash. Mudvayne's been riding the sucess of their first album for a long time. Sooner or later fans will stop buying their albums.

Well....I have to agree....L.D. 50 was an amazing album....still is.... The End Of All Things To Come is great too...Lost and Found is good...it doesn't suck like people say it does. I bought the album on the first day it came out and i like it still. I don't think ti sucks... then agian thats my own opinion.

Mudvayne are one of the most talented bands in metal. That is why I can't stand the crap they're putting out. They have gotten away from who they are. That's way it's hard for them to come up with quality meterial. These guys have been playing their intruments for a very long time. The members of Mudvayne are all damn near 30, if their not already there. Mudvayne, a band with so much promise has become sh**. Plus, with Lost and Found going gold; don't expect them to leave their new sh**ty formula any time soon.

What? That makes no f***ing sense. Nobody says they have to be perfect ever day, but when you spend two years writing an album it shouldn't suck. All of these fans with there blind loyalty should get a clue. It's not about just trashing people. It's about paying money for a product of poor quality, and not being satisfied.

Try reading into things a little bit before saying something. A while back, Mudvayne said they are going to try out different styles of their music. L.D. 50 was one kind, The End of All Things to Come was another, and Lost and Found is another kind. They'll likely see which one of these worked the best, and go with it.
Personally, yes, I think L.D. 50 was their best shot. Dig is still probably their best song. Lost and Found isn't as good as it, but it isn't bad either. I bought it, I still listen to it. The Forget to Remember video was okay, but ones that go with movies are usually just 'okay'. Music videos usually work better when they are a complete creation of the band.
So, just give them some time, they'll get a right balance that'll work out right. Mudvayne isn't near done with their career, and still have plenty time to work with what they've got. Who knows, the next album could be more like L.D. 50. We'll just have to see.

Or maybe they'll just keep pushing their personal boundaries and comfort zones rather than choosing a style and churning out same old, same old. I'm not much into Mudvayne, but I certainly respect them. The way they portray themselves in interviews is as musical explorers, so personally, I'm thinking they'll keep pushing into new territories. I think their best is yet to come.

I havn't listened to too much old Mudvayne, i admit i started likeing them when Not Falling was released, that's around the time my music tastes started changing for metal. but i agree with theressh**onthewalls i believe there best is yet to come. and i think there concert is gonna kick some major f***ing a$$ in 2 weeks. \m/ keep rocking \m/

Mudvayne conformed and put out a record with 3 good songs period(Lost and Found). They are moving backwards and it's sad. They could be one of the greatest metal bands of all time, but some thing has stolen they're balls. Maybe success.
