Worm Shepherd Premiere New Single & Music Video "Whispers Of A Buried Land" From Upcoming New EP "Dawn Of The Iconoclast"

Worm Shepherd have announced their return with a new EP titled Dawn Of The Iconoclast, set for release on February 20 via Unique Leader Records. The track “Whispers Of A Buried Land” closes out the new five-song EP, and has now been released online as the project’s lead single, streaming via YouTube and Spotify for you now below.

The deathcore band have overhauled their lineup in the two years since their last release, with guitarist Tre Perdue outlining the changes in the statement below:

“I’m very excited about the new lineup. I feel like we have the most talented members that we’ve had to date. Harry (ex-Immortal Disfigurement) brings so much to the table for writing and meshes with my style so well. Tom (Ingested) is an absolute workforce on the bass and really adds some flare to the rhythm guitars with his aggressive style and tones.

I’m also very excited that Leo (McClain – original drummer) is back in the band and having him back behind the kit for the Worm Shepherd sound gives some of that original tone from our first albums together. Us having this new sort of style that we’re doing, Ian (Archaic Epidemic) fits in perfectly with his aggressiveness and tonality of our new music, and I can’t wait to see what people think. This is the beginning of a new era for Worm Shepherd.”

“Dawn Of The Iconoclast” track-list:

01 – “The Omen“
02 – “Soulless Lament“
03 – “Feast“
04 – “Sanctified Rot“
05 – “Whispers Of A Buried Land“
