Persefone Premiere Orchestral Live Performance Video For "One Word"

Persefone‘s below orchestral live performance of “One Word” has premiered one day ahead of the release of the band’s new live album, “Live In Andorra“. The progressive death metal outfit teamed with the Orquestra Nacional Clàssica d’Andorra for that elaborate performance at the National Auditorium in Ordino, Andorra back in May of 2024. This forthcoming album captures that special set.
Reflecting back on this augmented performance of “One Word“, the band stated:
“In every show, there are different moments, but nothing compares to the thrill of the intro that leads to the very beginning. You can feel the energy on stage; you can see the people eager to release their enthusiasm after waiting for the first sonic explosion. For this particular show, the song that was chosen to ignite the whole experience had to be ‘One Word’. It’s one of the last songs we wrote, yet one of our favorites to play live. It’s direct, it’s powerful, and it connects with both the band and the audience in a heartbeat. Hopefully, you can also feel that connection by enjoying this single.”
