Southern California metalcore veterans Bleeding Through have released their latest single, “I Am Resistance”, streaming via YouTube and Spotify for you now below. The track features a guest appearance from Andrew Neufeld, the vocalist of Canadian hardcore band Comeback Kid.
“I Am Resistance” is set to appear on Bleeding Through's upcoming album, “NINE,” which will be released on February 14th via SharpTone Records. In addition to the guest spot by Andrew Neufeld of Comeback Kid, the album will feature appearances from two other metalcore veterans: Doc Coyle (God Forbid, Bad Wolves) and Brian Fair (Shadows Fall).
Bleeding Through frontman Brandan Schieppati shared his thoughts on the song, stating:
“‘I Am Resistance‘ is a song about self reflection. It’s the times in your life that you come close to rock bottom and lose yourself. This song is about the battle of self medication and self destructive behaviors that sometimes grip your throat in life. This is a pledge to what you love and what you are truly devoted to.”
