200 Stab Wounds Premiere New Single & Music Video "Hands Of Eternity" From Upcoming New Album "Manual Manic Procedures"

Cleveland death metal band 200 Stab Wounds will release their sophomore album "Manual Manic Procedures" via Metal Blade Records on June 28th. Andy Nelson, known for his work with Harm's Way and Weekend Nachos, handled production and mixing for this album. To mark the announcement, they've unveiled the music video for the lead single, "Hands Of Eternity."

Singer and guitarist Steve Buhl described the track as exploring the theme of 'being trapped in your own mind' and shared insights into its musical direction:

“That song is a good example of where we want to go musically. The heavy riffs are there, but there’s still a lot of good melody. It’s not just crazy fucking blast beats and, ‘riff riff riff.’ It’s more structured, groovy, and melodic, but still heavy. That’s one of my favorites.”

Buhl also shared his thoughts on his approach to the album itself:

“I’ll feel what kind of vibe the song has, and what topic would fit for that particular song. The last song on the new record, ‘Parricide,’ is about someone going into a nursing home, and just blowing it up. The lyrics are about those type of corporations that don’t really give a fuck about those people. It’s all just a money grab.”
