German melodic death metal sextet Words Of Farewell are presenting one final preview video from their new EP "Stories To Forget". Scheduled for release today, March 29th, they've unveiled the following clip for the single "A Lesser King", directed by Mirko Witzki. “Our second single, ‘A Lesser King,’ is loaded with a blend of powerful riffs and diverse song structures. We aimed to showcase the modern metal energy we can infuse into a single song without compromise, while also paying homage to what makes melodeath the most captivating genre in metal. We’re confident this song will be a stellar addition to our live set, which is why we decided to set up the music video in a traditional concert manner, with the band performing in a classic formation.

Given our penchant for moody backdrops, we chose to shoot atop our local overburden with its iconic Tetrahedron, a location we’ve admired for years, enhanced by some impressive pyro effects. Naturally, we collaborated with our longstanding partner and friend, Mirko Witzki, who always ensures the editing and videography are absolutely on point and match the energy of our performances.”
