Mors Subita Premiere New Single & Music Video "Fire, Walk With Me" From New Album "Origin Of Fire"

To mark the release of their new album "Origin Of Fire," the Finnish melodic death metal outfit Mors Subita has unveiled a music video for their track "Fire, Walk With Me," both streaming via YouTube and Spotify for you below.

Vocalist Eemeli Bodde shared his thoughts on the song:

“The song is about surrendering to life and being reborn. Everyone has their own spark somewhere deep inside that gives us the strength to continue this daily struggle. Re-igniting that spark is something that often feels intimidating, unrealistic, and distant, but to light your own fire requires nothing more than a little courage and dedication. The flames may burn for a while, but in the end, a more intact phoenix rises from the ash heap.”

Adds guitarist/vocalist Mika Lammassaari:

“The track ‘Fire, Walk With Me‘ is first and foremost meant to bulldoze over the listener. It’s a straightforward, no compromise heavy tune with pretty much everything turned to hyperdrive. Musically, it’s a mix of grindcore, deathgrind, and some sort of industrial spices. From my standpoint, it’s the perfect mixture. This track reflects the full energy and no bullshit mentality we want to keep pushing forward in our music.”
