First Ever Lyric Video "An Orgy Of Grotesqueries" Issued By De Profundis
Today, U.K.'s De Profundis issued its first ever lyric video, which was created by Andy Pilkington of Very Metal Art (Flotsam And Jetsam, etc). The macabre images accompany a gruesome new song entitled "An Orgy Of Grotesqueries" that tells a tale of lustful goings on among the reanimated dead.
"An Orgy Of Grotesqueries" was recorded especially for a new retrospective compilation that De Profundis is releasing as part of the 10th Anniversary celebrations. The album, called "Decayed: 2007–2017," will be available exclusively with issue 079 of Zero Tolerance Magazine. 10,000 copies of the CD will be given away with the world’s number one extreme music publication. As well as "An Orgy Of Grotesqueries," "Decayed..." will feature a range of tracks from across De Profundis’ recording career – all remastered for this release. The album will come in a special sleeve, created for the band by renowned artist Gary Ronaldson, known for his work with the likes of Misery Index, Napalm Death and Kreator.
"An Orgy Of Grotesqueries" will also be being performed live, when De Profundis takes the anniversary celebrations on the road, touring across Europe with David Vincent’s I Am Morbid, the godfathers of gore, Necrophagia, Helsott and The Heretic Order.
