Police Investigation Of Lake Bodom Murders Complete

Children of Bodom fan site, Scythes-of-Bodom.com reports that the 1960 Lake Bodom murder case, from which the Finnish death metal band derived its name, is going to prosecution for consideration.
According to the crime investigators, the evening at the lake was all about jealousy, alcohol and sex. They claim that Nils Gustafsson, the sole survivor, had lost his temper because of an old relationship of his girlfriend Irmeli Björklund, the victim who got stabbed in an extremely brutal way unlike the other two who got killed rather quickly. The other two victims, Tuulikki Mäki and Seppo Boisman, were apparently a couple as well.
Ther material going to prosecution is 500-pages of questioning material and it comes with several DNA and blood samples, fingerprints and various items like the tent the children had supposedly never slept in. However, the police now claims that they never even had time to sleep in it, they just had sex in it.
Espoo's leading jurisdictional district attorney Tom Ifström believes that in two months, he will be able to decided whether Nils will be charged or not for the triple murder. First of all, he has to decide whether the crime has expired or not. It is a complicated situation since the laws from teh 60's have gone through major changes. According to the current Finnish law, a second degree murder gets old in 20 years, but a first degree murder never gest old. It is also a mystery how and if all the witnesses can be found and taken to court.
Nils Gustafsson will turn 64 this spring.
