I knew Dime...the recipe for the Black Tooth Grin is usually...1oz. bourbon, 6oz.cola, in a glass, ice, stir, drink. Most of the time Segram's 7 is the liquor, most of the time jagermeister found its way into the mix along with the other ingrediants.
