During Tommy Lee's drum solo on the final show ever of Mötley Crüe at Staple's Center in Los Angeles, California (Thursday, December 31, 2015), "The Crüecifly" rollercoaster drum set breaks down and malfunctions. As road crew members attempted to fix the structure, Lee said:

"It looks like the roller coaster is broken. Well, fuck the roller coaster! Come on, guys, help. Come get me. I can't believe this is happening on the last night. I knew something wasn't right when I took off."

The kit afterwards was rolled back to the stage without Tommy, allowing the drummer to finish playing the show.
