Italian symphonic power metal act Rhapsody of Fire has posted an update on the band's upcoming new release "Into the Legend." Mastering of the new album - which is expected from AFM Records in January 2016 ahead of the band's performance on board 70,000 Tons of Metal - is completed.

Mastering was handled by Maor Appelbaum (Faith No More, Yes, Halford, Sepultura, Armored Saint, Yngwie Malmsteen, Dokken) in Los Angeles. Applebaum described the new album as: “An exciting blend of orchestral heavy metal and powerful melodies. A dynamically driven voyage from slow to intense speeds while maintaining heaviness and clarity. Delivering a great sound track to set the mood walking into this enchanted land. Enjoy!"

Full details on "Into the Legend," including album artwork, track listing and exact release date are expected very soon.
