Details Of New LP "Fallimento" Posted By Grumo
Italian grindcore act Grumo will release the new album "Fallimento" on October 26th via Earthquake Terror Noise.
Grumo (meaning "Clot", "Gore") was formed in 2004 in Modena (Italy), when Riki (vocals) and Nico (drums) got together. At the beginning, the sound was inspired by bands like Anal Cunt and early Napalm Death, with tracks often under 40 sec. The purpose was to play pure noisecore, with explicit and sharp but funny lyrics.
The first demo, "K.a.r.n.e." ("Meat") was unleashed in 2006 and over the next years many splits LPs were recorded. During the years, the band has played many gigs and festivals (Porco Dio Fest, September to Dismember 3th, Roma A-Bestial Fest), supporting both Italian (Cripple Bastards, Dysmorfic, Repulsione, Jesus Ain’t in Poland...) and international bands (Holocausto Canibal, D-Compose, Sakatat, Social Chaos, Yack, Captain Cleanoff, Sete Star Sept).
Although the first 8 years were characterized by few line-up changes, 2012 marked a significant turning point: the first record, "Voglio Vederti Sprofondare" ("I Want to See You Sink"), was released through independent labels.
The track listing for "Fallimento" is:
1. Intro
2. Blood Spilling
3. Nothing To Declare
4. Cani Sciolti
5. Fallimento
6. Fucking Business
7. Animo In Rivolta
8. Solo Morte E Miseria
9. Viewers Of The End
10. Vendetta Animale
11. Alienation
12. Suffer The Children
