Re-Recorded Classic "Badlands" Streaming From Metal Church

Metal Church is streaming the re-recorded classic "Badlands," with Mike Howe back on vocals. The track originally appeared on the 1989 album "Blessing In Disguise." Howe recently rejoined the band and a new album is in the works.

There is no indication yet whether the track will appear on the upcoming release, or if any other tracks are being re-recorded from that era, however, a new album is expected this year via Rat Pak Records.

I miss Kirk Arrington's fluid drumming and subtle nuances on the ride cymbal for this track, but Jeff Plate does an admirable job.

Mike Howe show here that he still has the vocal chops and has them in spades! I'm looking forward to this release.
