New Album "Songs From The Earth" Announced By Furor Gallico

Italian folk act Furor Gallico, featuring ex-Folkstone/ex-Folkearth harpist Elisabetta Ross (a/k/a "Becky"), announced the sophomore release will be entitled "Songs From the Earth." The album is set for release on February 16th via Scarlet Records.

The album was recorded at Metropolis Studio (Depeche Mode, PFM) in Milan, Italy and was mixed and mastered by Alex Azzali at Alpha Omega Studio (Behemoth, Carcass).

The new release finds the band exploring many different musical landscapes, being rooted in the evocative folk metal they are known for, but going way beyond it.

The album artwork (shown below) was created by Kris Verwimp (Absu, Arch Enemy, Marduk). The track list is as follows:

1. The Song Of The Earth
2. Nemàin's Breath
3. Wild Jig Of Beltaine
4. La Notte Dei Cento Fuochi
5. Diluvio
6. Squass
7. Steam Over The Mountain
8. To The End
9. Eremita
