Self-Title Debut EP Announced By Cyrenic

Cyrenic, the brainchild of Lior "Steinmetal" Stein and Federico "FedeRock" Taich, both of the Israeli Heavy Metal band Switchblade, announced the impending self-release of the debut self-titled EP. The date for the EP has not yet been revealed, but the release was produced, mixed and mastered by Taich at Flam Studios in Haifa, Israel. The EP artwork band logo were created by Val Smirnoff.

For some time, the two friends have expressed their wishes to compose music for their true passion for the "magical era of New Wave of British Heavy Metal" from the early 80's. Therefore, they started writing songs, inspired by the 80's British grandeur. To complete the lineup, they turned to highly talented young British bass player, Dan Mailer (Kaine) and veteran drummer/producer Garry King of (Achillea/Ex-Exocism/ex-Joe Lynn Turner).

The EP will featuring new tracks, including the track "Deadnight Rider" (which can be heard in the player below), along with two covers. Prolific drummer, Chris MacKinnon (Kaine) contributed drum work for the cover tracks. The track list is as follows:
