Dio's European tour has been cancelled after Ronnie was taken ill. "Ronnie has been hospitalized and we are waiting for further news," explains Ronnie's wife/manager, Wendy Dio. No further information is available at this time.

Back on topic, I've been checking around to see if there's any more news yet, but all I could find is confirmation that the tour is canceled and not being rescheduled.

Glad I got to see him (& Iommi, too) live back in August. That man has metal flowing in his veins, plus is a truly decent human being. Hoping for a speedy recovery!
