Background
Winter is a doom/death band from New York. The group released one full-length, "Into Darkness," in 1990 and then disbanded. The group's sole release led to a cult following after its demise. Nuclear Blast reissued "Into Darkness" in 1992 and released a video for the track 'Servants of the Warsmen,' on the VHS "Death is Just the Beginning." Winter reformed in 2010.
