Dismember Sign With Regain Records
Sweden’s Dismember have inked a deal with Regain Records. The label has confirmed that the band will begin recording their Regain debut sometime in 2005.

Dismember Recruits New Bassist
Dismember has recruited Johan Bergebäck as their new bass player. Rickard Cabeza lives in Dallas, TX, which makes it too hard for him to be an active part of the band. Johan Bergebäck has been the session bass player for the past year, supporting the latest release “Where Ironcrosses Grow.” Johan has the right attitude and fits in the band both musically and personally.
Anata To Support Dismember In Europe
Earache Records report that Tech-Death upstarts ANATA have been confirmed as main support for a three week European tour with fellow Swedes DISMEMBER later this year.
Anata will be bringing their unique Death Metal take on the overly populated Noise-core scene to venues across Germany, The Netherlands and also three UK shows which will be unveiled shortly.

Dismember DVD Details
Dismember's 2-DVD set entitled "Live Blasphemy" will be released on August 24th by Escapi. The 2 disc set includes a complete concert from Sweden (2003), a career encompassing documentary, extra bonus footage from USA, Japan, Europe and the first ever performance from 1988, biography, discography and image gallery.

Dismember To Record Live Show In Stockholm
Long-running Swedish Death metallers DISMEMBER will have their April 14 gig in Stockholm recorded for future broadcast via Sveriges Radio P3's "P3 Live" concert series. More information will be made available soon.
DISMEMBER's brand-new album, "Where Ironcrosses Grow", is scheduled for release in the U.S. on April 20 through Candlelight Records. The follow-up to 2000's "Hate Campaign" was recorded at Stockholm's Sami studio and features artwork by acclaimed artist Dan Seagrave (Entombed, Suffocation, Morbid Angel).
The band will also be releasing a double DVD, entitled "Live Blasphemies", through Escapi later in the year. The first disc will contain the group's live performance from May 27, 2003 at Klubben in Stockholm, while the second disc will feature a 90-minute documentary/home video spanning the group's entire career.
As previously reported, Dismember will perform their only North American show as part of the second BW&BK 6-Pack Weekend, on June 5.
Dismember To Play BW&BK Six-Pack Weekend
In cooperation with organizers for the 2nd Annual BW&BK Six-Pack Weekend, Candlelight Records confirms Dismember as one of this year's performers. The festival, set to be held June 4-5 at the Odeon in Cleveland, Ohio, will mark the first US performance for the Swedish band since 2000.
Drummer Fred Estby says of the confirmation, "getting back on the American crimescene after 4 years is gonna be awesome. We just can't wait to get on stage in front of the American metalheads once more." Mark Gromen, talent booker for the festival, adds "BW&BK is exited to be able to re-introduce North America to the crushing sound that is Dismember."
Formed in 1988, Dismember's roots are firmly planted in the original death metal archives. The band are revered worldwide for their no-holds-barred, pure Scandinavian death march - a sound that has long become the staple of quality for the genre. The band's collective worldwide sales surpass 500,000 units and their touring endeavors have placed them in front of audiences around the globe. They have to date shared the stage with Napalm Death, Obituary, Meshuggah, Hypocrisy, Amorphis, Morbid Angel, Death, Cannibal Corpse, as well as placing high at numerous festivals for over ten years. Their last trip to the US, headlining in support of their 2000 release, was a huge success and helped overall US sales for their last and final album for Nuclear Blast, Hate Campaign .
Dismember's performance at BW&BK Six-Pack Weekend will be in support of their new album, Where Ironcrosses Grow. Set for release April 20, the album was r ecorded at Sami Studios in Stockholm and was produced by Estby (whom has additional producing/engineering credits for Konkhra, early At the Gates, Grand Magnus, Gehennah, Katatonia, Entombed).
