Chaosfear Enter The Studio

Brazilian thrashers CHAOSFEAR have entered the studio to record their new album, entitled "Images of Disorder." This album follows their very well accepted first work "One Step Behind Anger," which was released worldwide through Old School Metal Records. "The new record will include 10 new songs and will be recorded with our original line up." comments Danilo Freitas of Chaosfear. One new song will be made available soon on the band´s MySpace page.Stay tuned for more details about the album.

Besides the recording sessions the band was selected to participate in the Brazilian leg of the contest "Wacken Metal Battle."

Chaosfear Begin Recording New Album

Brazilians thrashers CHAOSFEAR have entered the studio to record their new album, entitled "Images of Disorder". The follow-up to "One Step Behind Anger" "will include 10 new songs and will be recorded with our original lineup," according to drummer Danilo Freitas.

CHAOSFEAR was recently rejoined by original guitarist Edu Boccomino.

After quitting SCARS, Boccomino was interested in joining up with his brother Fernando once again. "Everything happened so naturally because we have been friends for such a long time," CHAOSFEAR previously said in a statement. "We just had a quick talk and started playing again. The band is very excited to have the original lineup back together."

Chaosfear Begin Album Pre- Production

CHAOSFEAR has started the pre-production for their second album.

The album, which has no title yet, will be recorded in the beginning of 2008 and probably will have 10 songs. The album is scheduled to be released this year via OSM Records.

"We are very excited with the new songs. The songs have the same energy as usual, and I believe that they are more aggressive. With the second guitar everything is sounding heavier and there is more focus on solos. We want to play them live as soon as possible", says the drummer Danilo de Freitas.

Chaosfear To Support Cannibal Corpse In Brazil

Brazilian thrashers CHAOSFEAR will support CANNIBAL CORPSE on Friday, October 19 at Hangar 110 in Sao Paulo.

Chaosfear Announce Release Date, Post Cover Art

Brazilian thrashers CHAOSFEAR will re-release their "One Step Behind Anger" CD internationally with bonus tracks on May 28 via OSM Records.

"We are extremely psyched about this release. CHAOSFEAR delivers old-school Brazilian thrash the way it is meant to be delivered," says Patrick Ramseier, CEO of OSM Records.

Chaosfear Sign With Old School Metal Records

Brazilian thrashers CHAOSFEAR have signed a deal with OSM Records. "We are very excited to announce the addition of Brazilian thrashers Chaosfear to the roster. I am a huge fan of old school era Brazilian thrash in the vein of SEPULTURA and the likes and Chaosfear knows how to deliver that!", comments Patrick Ramseier, CEO of Old School Metal (OSM) Records.

Chaosfear plays aggressive old school Brazilian thrash metal. OSM is planning to release One Step Behind Anger with bonus tracks worldwide in May of 2007 and a new album is expected in the early part of 2008. Samples can be heard on OSM's website.
