Ruthless Beatings Recording

Original DEVOURMENT vocalist Wayne Knupp has reportedly teamed up with ARTERY ERUPTION guitarist Brian Mohler in a brand new band called RUTHLESS BEATINGS. The group, whose lineup also includes ARTERY ERUPTION drummer Alexander Gosselin, is said to have "only one goal in mind: To create a band with the most gore-gurgling, distorted breakdowns ever! This will not be a DEVOURMENT or ARTERY ERUPTION part 2!" A seven-song CD, entitled "Demoralized, Eaten and Defacated", is currently being recorded.

No release information has yet been announced.

Devourment Announce New York Shows

Dallas based brutal death metallers DEVOURMENT will make their triumphant return to New York next month with the following two shows:

May 12 - New York, NY @ Downtime w/ Internal Suffering, Misery Index, Dehumanized, Digested Flesh
May 13 - Saratoga Springs, NY @ Backstreet Billiards (Sick Shit Fest V)
