Sex Positions Post Update On New Material
Sex Positions has issued a brief update regarding their progress with new material:
"We are excited to let you know that the songs we have been working on are almost ready to be recorded and we can't wait to let you hear them. So stay tuned and pass the word on to anyone you know who'd be interested in hearing new songs by us.
"We can't wait to share them, plus once it's recorded and [online] and out there we will be playing shows soon after. Anyone who is or knows of a booking agent please get in contact with us. There's a lot to talk about West Coast and Europe ideas."

Sex Positions Gets New Drummer And Bassist
Sex Positions have added two new members to their lineup. Drummer Larry Anzouni, the original drummer of Sex Positions, has joined the group. Anzouni actually wrote the majority of the band's self-titled album, and used to play with The Dedication. Meanwhile, bassist Trevor Vaughan, formerly of xFilesx, has also joined the band. In related news, Sex Positions will be touring Europe from March 10th through April 8th, performing with such acts as Converge, Eighteen Visions, and The Blood Brothers.
Reflections Co-Organizes Arnhem Hardcore Meeting
After a succesful first hardcore-festival in the spring of 2004, which was part of the 20th anniversary of the legendary Goudvishal, Reflections Records has teamed up again with the venue and decided to go for a second edition. Confirmed bands include: Converge, Planes Mistaken For Stars, Eighteen Visions, Hopesfall, Razor Crusade, Panic (exclusive reunion show!), Good Clean Fun (their only European show in 2005), Sex Positions, No Turning Back, and Strike First. More bands will be confirmed in the next couple of days.
The festival, which takes place on Saturday the 26th of March at the Musis Sacrum in Arnhem (which was also the home of our first edition), will feature 15 bands, 2 stages. A special website for the festival www.arnhemhardcoremeeting.nl will be launched January 21. In the meantime also check the venue's website www.goudvishal.nl.
Sex Positions Records Debut, Tour Dates
SEX POSITIONS, born out of the untimely demise of hardcore stalwarts THE DEDICATION, recently recorded their debut full length at Godcity with engineer Kurt Ballou (CONVERGE, OLD MAN GLOOM, CURL UP AND DIE). Teh record has been set for a March 9th, 2004 release date.
