DIMENSON ZERO, featuring IN FLAMES mastermind Jesper Stromblad on guitar, SOILWORK guitar player Daniel Antonsson and ex-MARDUK singer ( / drummer) Jocke Gothberg and LUCEFERION / CRYSTAL AGE drummer Hans Nilsson, has signed a deal with Vic Records. The brand new album, "He Who Shall Not Bleed," contains eleven tracks of aggressive, fast and melodic Gothenburg metal. The material is less thrashy than their previous albums and more melodic and sounding like the old IN FLAMES and was recorded at the IN FLAMES Studios (former Studio Fredman) in Gothenburg, Sweden. "He Who Shall Not Bleed" also features guest guitar leads by ANNIHILATOR's Jeff Waters.
A limited edition first pressing will be a digipack with two bonus tracks. The album will be released September 15th.

Sweden's SOILWORK have acquired guitarist Daniel Antonsson (DIMENSION ZERO, PATHOS) as the replacement for Peter Wichers, who left the band in December to pursue a career in producing. Vocalist Jim Kjell, formerly of the melodic death metal act Gardenian, has joined forces with ex-Dimension Zero & In Flames guitarist, Glenn Ljungström, to create Pitchline.
"I got a new band started together with Glenn Ljungström from Dimension Zero. The new band is called Pitchline. It has a little touch of Gardenian as for the mixture of growls and clean vox, and of course it's melodic. Yet this is harder in some ways. It's more like Soulburner than Sindustries and incorporates some thrashier moments ala Glenn."
Pitchline is slated to enter famed Abyss Studios in November, but do not have a distribution deal in place at the moment.
According to Swedish Metal (www.swedishmetal.net), Dimension Zero are heading to Japan to headline the Extreme The Dojo tour in February, 2004.
