Clawfinger Sign To Nuclear Blast
Nuclear Blast is proud to announce the signing of a band that has started a whole genre: crossover pioneers Clawfinger.
As Frontman Zak Tell commented:
Dear Clawheads, Hangarounds and other Lowlifes!
We are very happy that the No. 1 Metal label Nuclear Blast had the good taste to sign the reigning champs of 'OldSchoolCrossoverNuMetal' Clawfinger!
We know that this is the start of a longlasting and successful companionship that will bring us 'Money Power Glory'… We are keeping our clawfingers crossed!
Peace, Zak
Clawfinger have been among the first bands that continuously mixed Metal with rap and grooves. Their debut "Deaf, Dumb, Blind" (1993) is legendary and set a new tone for heavy music. Since then, Clawfinger never really stopped and put out a total of five studio albums, the last being "Zeroes And Heroes" (2003).
A new album by these hard rockin' and hard groovin' Swedes is scheduled for a November.
