The Mighty Nimbus Announce New Vocalist

The Mighty Nimbus have named Al "The Yeti" Petrovic of Canada`s Mister Bones as their new singer. He is replacing Dan Soren (ex-Sixty Watt Shaman), who left the band last year due to personal issues.

The Mighty Nimbus are planning on recording their second album this July, as well as releasing a five song EP, consisting of live tracks and covers, in December.

Crowbar News

Candlelight Records proudly announces the worldwide premiere of 'Dead Sun' from Crowbar's soon to be released new album, 'Lifesblood for the Downtrodden'. To download the MP3 and read Dom Lawson's (Kerrang) recent interview with the band, you can visit the new official Candlelight Records site.

'Lifesblood for the Downtrodden' is set for US release on February 8. The band will kick off their first tour in support of the record, alongside labelmates Entombed, ProPain and The Mighty Nimbus on February 7 at New York's B.B. Kings.

Entombed, Crowbar, Pro-Pain, Mighty Nimbus To Tour

Candlelight Records, in cooperation with Metal Maniacs and Revolver Magazines, proudly announces its first label tour for the United States. Set to kick off February 7 at BB Kings in New York, the tour will feature Stockholm's Entombed, New Orleans' Crowbar with Florida-based Pro-Pain and Minnesota's The Mighty Nimbus.

Entombed, earlier this year seeing the proper stateside release of their latest album "Inferno/Averno," return after a long hiatus from the US stage. Guitarist Alex Hellid says, "This is the tour we've been waiting for! Who will survive and what will be left of them?" The Mighty Nimbus Debut Album This Month

The Mighty Nimbus, featuring members of Sixty Watt Shaman and Alabama Thunderpussy, will release their self-titled debut album on October 25 in Scandinavia, November 1 in the rest of Europe, and February 8 in USA, Canada and Mexico. The CD will be issued through Threeman Recordings (the Swedish label owned by the members of Entombed) in Europe and Candlelight Records USA in North America. The Mighty Nimbus have just finished recorded their debut album, set for release on February 4th through Three Man Records(Entombed's label).

THE MIGHTY NIMBUS will play their next show in Youngstown, Ohio at the Emissions From The Monolith Festival in May.
