Lebenssucht Announces New Guitarist

International black metal super group Lebenssucht - an amalgamation of members of bands such as Humanitas Error Est, Rogash, Arnwald - announced the addition of new guitarist Irleskan.

Irleskan is the vocalist/guitarist of Austrian black metal act Svarta. Upon joining Lebenssucht, he commented: "I feel honored to become a part of this band and am very much looking forward to sharing the stage with them in the future." More...

Austria's metal underground festival Sick Midsummer has announced the complete and final line-up of its 2017 edition. Sick Midsummer will take place on Saturday, July 8th, 2017, in front of the spectacular backdrop of the Austrian Alps nearby the small village of Scharnstein, including the following confirmed bands:

- Monument Of Misanthropy (Death Metal, Austria/France)

Lebenssucht Debuts Clip For "Beloved Depression"

Multinational black metal band Lebenssucht premieres a new music video for "Beloved Depression", taken from the band's latest EP "Fucking My Knife", which was released this past summer via Bandcamp. Says the band’s front woman S Caedes about the track:

"Well, feelings have no concept, feelings just happen to you. And this is what the song is made of pain, despair and the need to drown in this sticky darkness. To be able to enjoy, even when it hurts. This is our absolute."
