Swedish gothic metal act issued a music video for the new track "Highwayman." The song will appear on the band's upcoming new release "My Darkness, Darkness," which is set to drop on March 4th via Despotz Records.

Sweden's BESEECH have issued the following update in regards to their recent "rare and independent" double DVD release:
"We are thinking of making a DVD version for the fans to download as there are no DVDs left to be sent. Please let us know your interest and you'll be the one that gets information on when and how to download this DVD."

Another message from the band reads: "Another new project from Beseech members is forming! It's basically the same members from TWDSO but with a male vocalist and a little different direction of the music.
"We really looking forward to puttiing up some music (enter studio in beginning of April), a name for you and other information shortly."

"This weekend we had to throw all the DVDs that were made, as we noticed some errors in the video encoding, "fields error" as they call it technically."

Defunct Swedish gothic metallers BESEECH will release a posthumous double-DVD, "The Drama Ends", in December. This release is very limited and the first 100 orders will be signed by the band. A trailer for the DVD — which features live performance footage, backstage material, studio recordings, clips from tours, festivals and other "crazy things that happened through the years" — can be viewed here.

A video clip of Swedish "gothic metallers" BESEECH performing the ABBA cover "Gimme Gimme Gimme" last year at Sticky Fingers in Gothenburg, Sweden has been made available for download at this location (Windows Media, 172 MB). The clip comes off the band's upcoming DVD, "The Drama Ends…", which will feature live performance footage, backstage material, studio recordings, clips from tours, festivals and other "crazy things that happened through the years," according to a posting on the group's web site. Swedish "gothic metallers" BESEECH have hooked up with the Austrian booking agency Rock The Nation Bookings/Management which handles such bands as DEATHSTARS, GRAVEWORM, DISBELIEF, and KATALYSM.

Two complete live songs from BESEECH's recently completed Summer Blast Tour in Portugal and Spain tour with TO/DIE/FOR have been posted online at the band's official web site. Check out the tracks "A Bittersweet Tragedy" and "Innerlane" — filmed at Hardclub in Porto — at this location.
BESEECH recently parted ways with Napalm Records. The band are already in discussions with other labels about a possible new record deal but will "take the time" they need to find a suitable new home, according to a press release.

BESEECH have issued the following update:
It's been a while since the last news mail, but we are still alive!!!
Now Beseech has officially fullfilled their contract with Napalm Records. We now have the chance to look for a more supportive label, that can bring Beseech to another level. We are currently negotiating, but will take our time to make sure we make the right decision.
There haven't been that many gigs lately, but we are working on some tours later this year, so be patient. Some countries we are looking into are Turkey, Portugal, Germany/Benelux, Mexico and USA.
BESEECH have posted the following message at their website:
"After a bit of a break from playing live, we are happy to announce that we're breaking the silence with a one off gig in Manne's (Engström - guitarist) hometown Varberg, Sweden at Musikteatern." Openers for the show include TRENDKILL and DODGE.

Rammstein just confirmed their performance July 30th 2005 at Metaltown Festival in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Swedish "gothic metallers" Beseech have commenced the recording sessions for their fifth studio album at StudioMega in Bollebygd, Sweden. So far three tracks have been recorded ("Everytime I Die", "Last Obsession" and "A Bittersweet Tragedy") ’and "we are more than pleased with the result," the group write. Around eight more songs will be tracked over the course of the next six months for a tentative late 2005 release. The band's next studio session will take place in January 2005.

As previously reported, Beseech will play an exclusive gig with Therion on September 30 at Klubben in Stockholm (Therion's only gig in Sweden in support of their new album). The group's next live appearance will take place at the Summer Breeze festival on August 20 in Abtsgmünd, Germany.

More bands have been announced for this year’s 2000 Decibel-festival, which will be held May 21st and 22nd in Bengtsfors , Sweden (180 km north of Gothenburg). Five of the bands will play on the festivals two main stages. They are Amaran, Beseech, Merciless, Naglfar and last but definitely not least The Haunted, who at the festival probably will do their first ever show (at least in Sweden ) with original singer Peter Dolving back in the band.
We can also present all the bands that will play on the tent stage. They are Beyond, Electric Earth, Gorefight, Ironware, Repulse, Shattered, Shiftlight, Silent Scythe, Sovereign, Syconaut, Trendkill and The Generals.
Already confirmed for the festival are Cans, Hypocrisy, Pain Of Salvation, Vintersorg, Ablaze My Sorrow, Arise, Astral Doors, Count Raven, Draconian, God Among Insects, Grand Magus, Lefay, Morifade, Månegarm, Notre Dame, Persuader, Tad Morose and Wolf.
There is only one more band to book before this year’s line-up is finalized.
BESEECH’s official website will air a live webcast of the band’s Drama release party on Friday, February 27th at 24.00 CET (Central European Time).
The evening’s second set will be broadcasted for those who can’t be there. This broadcast can take about 1,000 visitors simultaneously. You´ll reach the webcast page through the pop-up on their homepage
The release party will be held at Sjunde Hilmen in Boras, Sweden. The band will perform twice that night, one softer set and a heavier one.
