Gloria Morti Post Another New Song Online
Finnish black metallers GLORIA MORTI have posted another new song, entitled "Until the Wretched Whimper", on their MySpace page. The track comes off the group's second album, "Eryx", as due later in the year. Recorded at guitarist Juho Räihä's studio, the follow-up to 2004's "Lifestream Corrosion" "takes the band's sound far beyond the milestones set by" its predecessor, according to a posting on the group's web site. "The album will consist of nine solid tracks of pure extreme metal savagery. 'Eryx' greets the listener with twisted technical riffs, brutal blast-beats and unsettling soundscapes, bleak enough to help anyone on the verge of suicide to make up their mind."

Gloria Morti Schedule Studio Time
Finnish black metallers GLORIA MORTI have posted the following message at their official website:
"After long and painful writing process, Gloria Morti have finally set the dates for the recording of their second album. The recording is scheduled to begin at the early October and the album should be ready for release in the spring of 2007. Further info regarding the tracklist, album title and publisher will be posted shortly here at www.gloriamorti.com."
GLORIA MORTI's debut album, "Lifestream Corrosion", was released in 2004 through Firebox Records in Scandinavia and World Chaos Productions in Japan. The CD was mixed at Sonic Pump Studios in Helsinki and was mastered at Finnvox Studios.

Finnish black metallers GLORIA MORTI have posted the following update on their website:
"The writing process for Gloria Morti's second album is nearing completion. Even as we speak the members of the band, along with the producer Eikind, are at Räihä's homestudio, working on pre-production and promotional material. Judging by the 5 allready finished songs, the material is by far the strongest and most extreme the band has ever created, taking the songwriting to a whole new level of maturity and brutality, yet remaining true to the sound and style that the band has established during it's existence. Some of the songtitles for the new songs are "Synthetic Eden", "Evermorose", "Phoenix Caged in Flesh" and "Phlegethon". If things progress according to our plans, the new Gloria Morti album will be out in the late 2005. Prepare yourselves...

Gloria Morti Ready Japanese & Scandinavian Release
The Finnish melodic extreme metal band Gloria Morti will releases their debut "Lifestream Corrosion" through the Japanese label World Chaos Productions. Firebox Records has licensed the album for the Scandinavian market. The tentative Scandinavian release date is late September 2004. More info & downloads at gloriamorti.cjb.net.
