Orange Goblin Posts New Album Update

British heavy metal veterans Orange Goblin has posted a message online updating fans on the progress of their as-yet untitled new studio album, including some working titles for new songs. The message reads as follows:

"We have been very busy in the studio writing new material and now have about 6 songs almost finished and another 2 or 3 skeletons of songs that we are still working on! Can’t wait to unleash these riffs upon the world. Some current working titles for songs include ‘Sons Of Salem’, ‘The Wolf Bites Back’, ‘Swords Of Fire’, ‘Ghosts Of The Primitives’ and ‘An Exercise In Blasphemy’.

"Recording starts in January and the album should be out by the end of May 2018"

Mist of Misery Streaming New Track

Upon their successful sophomore full length "Absence", Mist of Misery is offering a series of two mini albums this year. First EP "Shackles of Life" was released a few months ago, and now the Swedish melancholic symphonic black metal group is on the way to unshackle the 2nd offering from the series — The EP "Fields of Isolation".

Kuoleman Galleria Debuts New Video

Finnish Black'n'Rollers Kuoleman Galleria has today released their second album "Pimeys Saapuu Pohjoiseen" (eng. Darkness arrives to the north). The album presents 14 tracks of grooving dark and rocking metal and it's a follow up to their 2016 debut album "Kärsimys Kunniaan".

Kuoleman Galleria also releases a music video to the track "Ajan Hammas" from the album streaming below.

Grimtone Premiere Debut Album "Memento Mori"

Swedish black metal band Grimtone's debut album "Memento Mori" is now available via Extreme Metal Music a sub-division of Rockshots Records. Influenced by the Norwegian black metal scene, the album unleashed on December 8th features eight blistering tracks influenced by the topic of death as well as the transition from life. Founded by Michael Lang (Stonegriff) in 2016 and soon after joined by Linus Carlstedt (Nebulous Aura and Extermination), the duo was complete to brutalize all with their pure black metal at its best, it's grim, harsh and frozen shivers within and all around.

Scour To Play Two Rare US Shows Next Week

Scour - the extreme metal supergroup featuring Philip H. Anselmo (Pantera, Down, Superjoint), John Jarvis (Pig Destroyer, Agoraphobic Nosebleed), Derek Engemann (Cattle Decapitation), Chase Fraser (Animosity, Decrepit Birth), and Adam Jarvis (Pig Destroyer, Misery Index) - will play two rare shows in Texas next week in Fort Worth and Austin respectively. Desecrator & Baal Ravenlock To Join Behemoth Live

Behemoth announce another special reunion they have planned for their upcoming December 14th and 15th ‘Merry Christless‘ shows at Progresja in Warsaw, Poland.
